Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains how IT intelektas ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit itintelektas.eu or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
1. What we collect
Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, which forwards them to info@itintelektas.lt.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and where visitors come from. This may include pages viewed, approximate location (derived from a truncated/anonymised IP address), device and browser type, and the referring source or campaign. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
2. Cookies & consent
We only set analytics cookies after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. Until then, analytics storage is denied (Google Consent Mode v2) and no analytics cookies are written. Essential functionality (such as remembering your cookie choice and your language preference) works without tracking cookies.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Contact form: to take steps at your request and respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in handling business communications (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us operate the site:
- Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions.
- Google (Google Analytics) — provides website analytics where consented.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship, then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at info@itintelektas.lt.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
7. Contact
